Things to look out for when buying a property

  1. Does the Property meet your specifications e.g. 4 rooms, 2 toilets, one kitchen.
  2. Its all good having a really nice property but what about the area, is the area a nice one? What are the crime rates like? Is it a youthful area or an ageing one.
  3. Finally does the property fit into your budget.
